Franklin J. “Frank” Howell, 70, of Wapakoneta died at 8:15 a.m. August 16,2010 at his residence.
He was born April 14, 1940 in Mercer county to Dallas & Ruth (Slusser) Howell who preceded him in death. On January 25, 1961 he married Ruth A. Law who survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include 3 children; Pamela Kennon of New Hampshire, Eric (Bobbi) Howell and David(Teri) Howell both of Wapakoneta; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 brother.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
A private service will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Gutman. There will be no public visitation.
