Fran M. “Frankie” Jockers 61, of Wapakoneta died March 21, 2011 at 2:22 A.M. at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born April 18, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY to Frank & Christine R. (Digilio) Carmello who both preceded her in death. On June 17, 1967 she married Charles A. Jockers and he passed away July 19, 2002.
She is survived by a daughter Kathleen and husband Michael Crawford and a son Charles and wife Trina Jockers both of Wapakoneta; 4 grandchildren Brandon Crawford, Charlie Jockers, Shawn Lay, and Madison Jockers.
She was a 1967 graduate of Longwood High School in New York. She enjoyed gambling, bingo, and going to casinos. She especially cared for her family and grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7:00 P.M. at the Church of the Nazarene in Wapakoneta. The Rev. Larry Fox will be officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
