Mary D. Schneider

Mary D. Schneider, 86, of Wapakoneta went to be with the Lord at 12:32 a.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family to join her husband in Heaven.

Mary was born August 21, 1932 in Nashville, OH to Charles & Evada (Crum) Money who preceded her in death.  On November 28, 1953 she married Earl A. Schneider and he passed away on June 28, 1991.

Survivors include 15 loving children; Becky Spring, Jane (Gene) Kuck, Anne (Roy) Fuerst, Janet (Phil) Robenalt, John (Angela) Schneider, Jeanine (Bruce) Seger, Jim (Bonnie) Schneider, David (Angie) Schneider, Mike (Trang) Schneider, Earl A. “Tony” Schneider II, Greg Schneider, Matt Schneider, Angie (Todd) Bailey, Julie (Scott) Lammers, Nick (Kerri) Schneider, 35 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter; Theresa; a son-in-law Allen Spring Jr.; a grandson Eric Spring; 4 brothers Melvin, John, Donald, Vernon Money and a sister Ethel Ralston.

Mary enjoyed gardening, flowers, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She held her family to the highest reguard.  She taught her family to have courage during the trials of life by trusting in the Lord, and to be good examples that others would look up to.  She left a legacy of love, family, and faith.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta with Rev. Sean Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.   Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. John Catholic Church, Fryburg for the Capital Improvement Fund.
