Albert C. Presnell Sr., 84, of New Hampshire, passed away at 12:30 p.m., Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Wapakoneta Manor. He was born on March 18, 1941 in Middlesboro, KY to William and Lena (Mason) Presnell who have preceded him in death. On October 27, 1962 he married Loretta Fleck and she survives in New Hampshire.

Survivors also include three children, Toni (Dennis) King of Lima, Deb (Tim) Snyder of Troy, TN, Albert (Chris) Presnell Jr. of Waynesfield; eight grandchildren Melissa (Ryan) Johnson, Cindy (Aron) Downey, Teresa (Caleb) Barker, Thom (Jeylan) Snyder, Charles (Amanda) Presnell, Allison (Cody) Dickinson, Amanda Presnell; twelve great-grandchildren; and a brother Tommy Presnell of Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Dan King; great-granddaughter, Ava Johnson; 3 siblings Beverly, Vivian and Neil.

Albert proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1959-1961 and was stationed in Germany, he continued to serve in the U.S. Army Reserve. While working at Excello / Textron and then Copeland Corporation, Albert also ran A&L Salvage, New Hampshire, where he loved tinkering on everything. A member of the American Legion Post 493, Jackson Center, he also enjoyed watching NASCAR and dirt track racing. Above all, he treasured time with family, especially his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Family and friends may visit from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta. A graveside service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 6, 2025 at Fairmount Cemetery, Uniopolis. Pastor Pam Spencer will officiate and military rites will be performed by the VFW Post 8445, Wapakoneta.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the National Organization of Parents of Murdered Children (635 W. 7th St. Suite 307 Cincinnati, OH 45203) or Lifeline of Ohio, to fund organ donation awareness.
