Alexander James "AJ" Coburn

Alexander James "AJ" Coburn, 35, of Wapakoneta, passed away at 5:11 p.m., Friday, October 31, 2025 at Mercy Health - St. Rita's. He was born on September 20, 1990 in St. Marys, to Tammy Coburn. His mother and step-father, Lester Jarman, survive in Wapakoneta.

Survivors also include step-sister, Julia Jarman, of California; two nieces; maternal grandmother, Sheila Coburn, of Wapakoneta; uncle, Joe Coburn, of Wapakoneta; and four cousins, Elizabeth, Brendon, Emily, all of Wapakoneta and Amanda, of Indiana.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Jeremiah; and his grandmothers and grandfathers.

AJ attended Wapakoneta City Schools and was a 2008 graduate of Apollo Career Center, where he specialized in computers. He enjoyed playing computer games and will be remembered for his jokes.

A time of gathering for family and friends will be held Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
