Effie J. Drain, 91, of Cridersville, passed away at 6:14 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2018 at Mercy Health-St. Rita's, Lima. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 2120 Lakewood Ave, Lima, OH. A private family graveside service will be held at the Dayton National Cemetery, where she will be interred along with her husband.
