?Emma Lou Coleman, 76, of Wapakoneta died at 4:29 a.m. Wednesday March 18, 2015 at Wapakoneta Manor.
She was born on November 25, 1938 in Shelby County to Eugene & Lura (Heiland) Kantner who preceded her in death.
On December 8, 1984 she married Kenneth E. Coleman and he survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include 3 daughters; Kay Butler, Kim (Jon) Dodds, Kriss (Joe) Schmerge, a daughter-in-law Sandy Butler, 4
step-daughters and a step-son Jeanine Coleman, Jane (Jay) Davis, Jody Ewing, Joe (Helen) Coleman, Jill (Jamie) Honeyman, 32 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and a brother Donald (JoAnn) Kantner.
She was preceded in death by 2 sons Dennis and Clifford Butler, a step-son-in-law Dan Ewing, a sister Sharon Kantner and a brother Fritz Kantner.
Emma Lou was a 1957 graduate of Blume High School. She had work for Wapakoneta Products and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She enjoyed motorcycling with Ken and their club "The Goldwings." She especially enjoyed camping with their club throughout and at Indian Lake. She will be remembered for all the love she gave her children and grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 21, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. Rev. Daniel Hunt will be officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.
