Henry A. Miller 78, of Wapakoneta died at 10:50 A.M. June 21, 2012 at Lima Memorial Health Systems, Lima.
He was born September 4, 1933 to Daniel & Mary C. (Knuth) Miller who preceded him in death. On October 25, 1952 he married Mary C. Kemper who survives in Wapakoneta.
Survivors also include 11 children; Deb (Mark) Crabtree of Wapakoneta, Greg (Kim) Miller of California, Diane (Robert) Krisher, Gerald (Diane) Miller both of Wapakoneta, Gail (Sharon) Miller of Maryland, Grant (Teresa) Miller of St. Marys, Denise (David) Dahlinghaus of Russia, OH, Gordon (Nicki) Miller of Anna, Donna (Kurt) Bogart, of Botkins, Guy (Kim) Miller of Delphos, and Darla (Gregg) Pleiman of Pendleton, IN, a sister Patricia Hull of Wapakoneta, and numerous grandchildren
and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son and daughter-in-law Glenn (Michelle) Miller, 8 brothers Vincent, William, Theodore, Daniel, Desmond, Eugene, Ronald, and Gerald, 2 sisters Frances Keysor and Mary Jacquie Jones and a brother in law Russell Hull.
Henry attended St. Joseph Catholic School and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He worked at the Auglaize Lumber Company and retired from Superior Tube Company in Wapakoneta after 33 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and playing cards, especially poker. He also loved to be surrounded by his family.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin at 10:30 A.M. Monday June 25, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Patrick Sloneker will be officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Friends may call from 1-5 on Sunday and one hour prior to the service at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta.
