Michelle R. Heise

Michelle Renee (Teeters) Heise, 58, of Wapakoneta, passed away on August 26, 2026, at 6:05 A.M. She was born January 10, 1968 in Kenton, Ohio, the daughter of Paulette (Spearman) Colledge and William Teeters.

She is survived by her husband Jon Heise; father William Teeters; step father Raymond Colledge; step mother Debbie Teeters; children, Jazmine, Dan, Duke, Harlekwin, Jon, Jonni Rae; grandchildren, Domonick, Alice, Zoey, Annabelle, Aurora, Parker, Silas, Thorsten, Luca, Novalei, Annika Jo, and Archer; siblings, Nichole, Jeff, Tammy; and nieces and nephews, Skyler Jo, Serenity, Bret, Savannah, Sara, and Cory.

She was proceeded in death by her mother, Paulette (Spearman) Colledge.

Michelle was a phenomenal woman; strong, kind, and a social butterfly. She grew up in the small town of Wapakoneta, Ohio where she enjoyed spending her time with her family and pets. She was an outstanding student in school participating in DECA, playing flute in band, and cheering for the Wapakoneta Redskins. After she graduated from high school she went to beauty school and worked as an electrician. As an adult, she worked as a server and enjoyed her time helping others and raising her four children and her grandchildren. Michelle enjoyed spending time outside and tanning in the sun, often fishing with her husband catching fish all day long. Singing songs from the 80s, she loved to dance any moment she could. She made friends with anyone everywhere she went and her smile was beautiful. Her personality as strong as her fight in life and survival where she had battled stage 4 breast cancer in 2009, overcame it and survived 17 strong wonderful years cancer-free. Michelle will be dearly missed for she was an amazing person to have in our lives, and though the time was shortened we will always remember how wonderful she was in every way.
