Scott Allan Fisher

Scott Allan Fisher, 56, of Wapakoneta passed away the afternoon of Friday, June 30, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on February 20, 1967 in Lima, Ohio to Robert and Sandra Fisher who preceded him in death.
Survivors include brothers Randall Fisher & Terry (Teresa) Fisher of Wapakoneta, Cary Fisher of Terrell, TX, special friends Jerry and Melissa Lynch and nieces and nephews Audrey, Taylor, Morgan, Tyler, Brenden and Hailey. Scott was preceded in death by a sister, Stacy Fisher.
Scott was a 1986 graduate of Wapakoneta High School. Upon graduation Scott proudly served in the United States Navy. He served on the USS Missouri BB 63 as a GMG3 working in Turret 1 during the Persian Gulf War. He was a member of AmVETS Post 333, VFW 8445 and Brands Lake Fishing Club. Scott will be remembered for his contagious smile and laugh.
Graveside services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2023 at the Dayton National Cemetery 4400 W. 3rd St., Dayton, OH 45428.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
