Shirley A. Woods

Shirley A. Woods, 86, of Wapakoneta, passed away at 9:42 a.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at her residence.

She was born on July 6, 1938 in Waynesfield, OH to Carl and Florence (Seaman) Meyers who preceded her in death.

Survivors include 6 children Kim Carter; Rodney (Linda) Carter, Frankie (Lance) Duff, Tracy (Monty) Jeanneret, Shannon (Clint) Cratty, Dirk Williams; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; a brother Charles (Jill) Meyers and special friend Bob Woods .

Shirley was preceded in death by a daughter Sheila Rene Carter, a granddaughter Courtney Nickole Williams and a daughter-in-law Christine Carter.

Shirley attended Waynesfield High School and retired after 25 years with Wapak Products-Findlay Industries as a supervisor.  She was also a member of the Eagles #691 Auxiliary where she served as secretary.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 30, 2024 at the Eagles #691 from 1-4 p.m.  A private graveside ceremony will take place at a later date.
