Obituary
David F. Zeigler, 75, of Wapakoneta died at 4:04 a.m. Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Mercy Health-St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born on January 7, 1948 in Sidney, OH to Donald & Mildred (Lindermuth) Zeigler who preceded him in death. On June 28, 1969 he married Charleen J. "Janey" Huebner and she passed away on July 29, 2013
Survivors include two daughters Jennifer (Anthony) Fisher, Samantha (Derrick) Ferguson both of Wapakoneta; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters.
David was preceded in death by two brothers.
David retired from Lot-Ridge Rubber Company in Botkins after 47 years. He also worked at Wayne's Service Center in Wapakoneta. He enjoyed riding UTVs, watching golf and Lifetime movies. He also enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson.
Memorial services will begin at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta with Rev. Mark Bauer officiating. Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
