Flora A. Litchfield

Flora A. Litchfield, 86, of Cridersville, passed away at 12:51 a.m., Friday, June 10, 2022 at Mercy Health-St. Rita's, Lima.

She was born on January 30, 1936 in Ashland, KY to John and Pearl (Snoddy) Pelfrey who preceded her in death.  On July 5, 1974 she married Robert Litchfield and he passed away on January 12, 2003

Survivors include 7 children William (Lisa Paige) Fredericks, April (Michael) Powell, Roberta Litchfield, Michael (Terri) Fredericks, Paul Fredericks, Jeffrey (Wanda) Fredericks, Jean (Tim) Taggi; a step-daughter Janet (Tim) Landis; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Flora was preceded in death by a step-son Paul Litchfield; a step-daughter Barb Ruch and a twin sister Cora Perine.

Flora was very passionate about the Lord and her family and was involved with a traveling ministry group, SOWERS doing volunteer Christian work.  She enjoyed quilting, sewing and playing euchre and bingo.  She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church.  She dearly loved music and sang in church choirs and enjoyed playing the flute in her younger years.

Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Wapakoneta with Pastor Gary Bragg officiating.  Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.  Family and friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home. 

Memorial contributions may be directed to Harvest Baptist Church.
