My sympathy to Lyn’s family. I’m saddened to hear of the passing of yet another classmate. I’m sure she was a great wife, mom, and grandmother, just as she was a great friend in high school, as well as someone with whom I shared a love of basketball, playing as well as watching.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I never knew a kinder or more generous person. Lyn will be greatly missed.

Lyn was the most fun second mother I could of had. I spent most of my summer days with Jo at the Degen house. Trying to help out, I unloaded the dishwasher for Lyn. She however informed me while she ate her lunch that she had the dishwasher on rinse. She wasn’t mad at me even if she’d just ate lunch off her dirty dishes. She also banned me from using glassware because I was so clumsy, but I knew she did this for my safety and out of love. I will miss her dearly there will never be a kinder soul. I loved her like a Mom ❤️‼️
