In the summer of 1976, I attended Camp Lakota as a lone scout from my troop. I was assigned to stay with Troop 4 of Wapakoneta. The leaders were Dave Severt and Bob Manger. It was a great experience. I was able to talk with Bob many times since. My condolences to the Manger family, Bob was a kind and caring man.
